As a freshman getting my Bachelor of Science in Accounting at Pfeiffer University, I am honestly so happy that I found your company hiring, and I want to put my academic knowledge and experience to good use! My background includes a strong foundation in financial principles, organization, and problem-solving. I previously shadowed at H&R Block, where I got exposure to tax preparation, seeing how the process is like with clients, and understanding the tax filing process, I have skills in Microsoft Excel to track taxes for my family and friends, helping myself to understand more how taxes work and understanding accounting as a whole. Anyways besides my academics, my experience in the food service industry had me working with my coworkers, and getting better at my attention to detail, and ability to perform well in fast-paced environments. These qualities, with my passion for accounting and programming making it easy for me to do tax work will make me a strong candidate for this internship.
